Yes, it is possible but then you have to put the colors in yourself. You can do this through a Material Library. With us you can download the Material Library for RAL colors for free. Use the link below.
To use these colors in Solid Edge, open your template files and add the colors via:
View - Styles - Face Styles - Style Organizer. Browse to this RAL Material Library and copy it to your template file.
